What Is PRX Plus?

PRX Plus is a professional topical skin treatment from the WiQo® collection.

It is described as a topical biostimulator, meaning it is applied to the skin’s surface while supporting activity within the deeper layers of the skin.

The formulation contains a combination of Ammonium Trichloroacetate and Homocysteic Acid, designed to stimulate skin revitalisation processes while helping maintain the integrity of the outer skin layer.

Unlike traditional chemical peels, PRX Plus does not primarily work by removing layers of the skin.

In conventional peels, Trichloroacetic Acid (TCA) is used to exfoliate and remove superficial skin layers. In PRX Plus, hydrogen peroxide helps regulate the activity of TCA, allowing the formulation to penetrate the skin in a controlled manner while largely preserving the epidermis.

Because the outer skin layer is generally maintained, PRX Plus is typically associated with:
