  • Introduce active skincare gradually to minimise potential reactions (e.g., redness or flakiness):

    • Week 1: every 3rd night

    • Weeks 2–3: every 2nd night

    • Week 4 onwards: nightly, if tolerated

    Cleanse and thoroughly dry your skin before applying Activ Retinol 0.5 to the face and neck in the evening, then follow with a moisturizer.

    Always apply sunscreen daily when using retinol.
