When mixed into water or your drink of choice, our collagen powder likewise turns into liquid for you to drink.

Knowing how much collagen to take per day depends on your goals. With double the dose, all you need is one serve daily. But one size does not fit all. If you would like to maximise your results ahead of a big occasion or double-down on advanced skin ageing concerns, you can supplement two sachets a day. However, we do not recommend taking more than two Collagen Liquid sachets, or three Collagen Original sachets, as this will exceed the daily recommend amount of 10g of collagen.
